To qualify for this Super-Power Badge, you'll need to earn a cumulative total of 70 points within one week for a level one badge or 100 or more points for a level two badge from the Power categories of Rejuvenation, Growth, Strength, and Stamina. You are incredible and strong and are enjoying your physical prowess more than ever!
Earn this badge by taking time for personal, spiritual, emotional, social growth that leads to improvement of your mind, spirit, or soul. The time you spend must be planned with specific intention. This is a very personal category and one that is often overlooked when we talk about health and well-being. This can include meditation, reading a good book, meeting with a mentor, journaling, listening to inspirational audio, watching a documentary, volunteering your time, helping a friend or neighbor in need, and the list goes on...
To earn this badge, accumulate 18 points for level one, or 25 points for level two for the week. Keeping your mind and spirit healthy will increase your happiness and vitality!
Earn this badge by taking time for a little R and R - rest and relaxation. The only time your body is able to heal itself and repair the damage you've been doing to it all the day long is by getting some good sleep. You need sleep to keep your immune system strong, to repair and rebuild tissue, and to keep your mind strong and your attitude positive. Earn a minimum of 18 points for the level 1 badge, and 25 points for the level 2 badge during the week in this category to earn one of these badges. Sleep well my friend. And awaken bright-eyed, bushy-tailed and ready to rock the world!
Strength and Balance Badge
This badge is earned by participating in activities that strengthen you - inside and out! This includes muscular conditioning of any kind from functional fitness to weight lifting, and also includes core and mind strengthening such as pilates, yoga, and tai chi. Improve your strength and balance with workouts that cross-over meditation with strengthening exercises. This category can stand alone, or can cross over into growth or stamina.
To earn your badge for Strength and Balance, you need to achieve 18 points for level one, or 25 or more points for level two during the week.
This badge is earned by being physically active. The more active you are, the more points you rack up! Physical activity points can be earned by walking, jogging, playing sports, hiking, biking, playing in the park, anything that keeps you active!
Daily you can earn 1 point per 2000 pedometer steps, or 1 point per 12 minutes of vigorous activity (1 point per 20 minutes of moderate activity) up to 5 points per day. Accumulate 18 points for level one, or 25 or more points for level two in your week to earn the Stamina Badge.
Energy Badge (Nutrition)
The Energy Badge is the culmination of points from your hydration, fruits and veggies, consistent energy intake (purring along badge), and your healthy fats, whole grains, and lean proteins. In order to earn this Super-Amazing Energy Badge you need to earn 70 points for level one, or 100 or more points during the week for level two from a combination of all four of the nutrition categories. This includes hydration, purring along, To enjoy positive energy throughout your day and life, and to prevent disease, nutritional balance is imperative.
Whole, Healthy, Lean Machine Badge
Earn this exciting badge by eating whole grains, healthy fats, and lean proteins. Accumulate points daily by getting at least one serving of healthy fats such as olive oil; eating 2 servings of whole grains; and 3 servings of lean/healthy proteins such as poultry or salmon instead of red or processed meats, by choosing nonfat milk or nonfat yogurt instead of whole or 2% dairy products, or best of all protein from plant sources.
You gotta rack up at least 18 points for level one, and 25 points for level two throughout the week in the Lean Machine category to qualify for this one. Why gears? Because when you make these healthy dietary choices you're keeping your machine running in high gear for optimal performance!
Earn the hydration badge when you achieve 20 points for level one, or 30 or more points for level two during the week. Staying hydrated is essential for optimal functioning of your internal organs, your brain, and even your mood.
Earn at least 18 points for a level one badge and 25 or more points for a level two badge in the fruits and vegetables category to earn this badge. The more colorful your plate, the more nutritious! Fruits and veggies are full of vitamins, fiber, and disease-fighting phytochemicals.
High Performance Badge
The Revved Up badge is for keeping your engine running at maximum output. When you eat a small meal or snack every three hours, with smaller more frequent mini-meals, you're revving up your engine for maximum performance. Earn 18 points to score a level one badge, or earn 25 points during the week for a High Performance badge.
Bull's Eye Points
This one is a real challenge! In order to win a Bulls Eye badge, you've got to earn 35 points in the same category within the week. So yes, that's 5 points per day for all 7 days. If you manage to achieve a Bulls Eye badge for all eight categories within any given month, you win the All-Eight Award!
Bull's Eye Badges
Earn a Buddy Badge every time you recruit a friend or family member who joins. Enjoy the camaraderie of your friends and neighbors as you grow your own social network of warriors!
Continuous Improvement / Personal Best Award
Earn your Continuous Improvement Badge every time you achieve a higher score this month than you did last month. WootWoot!! Go YOU!! This is our most prestigious and important honor of all! Get four of these in a row, and you'll earn a Personal Best T-Shirt!

Earn this badge every time you complete your healthy spirit and healthy body tests. Earn this t-shirt when you complete your Health and Happiness assessments when you register, and complete the second assessment at three or four months later. If you LEVEL UP you qualify for even more awards and prizes!
LEVEL UP! On your Health & Happiness Test
You took your Health Happiness Test when you got started so that you could have a solid measure of your starting point AND so that you could get prizes for getting healthier and happier!! Every time you LEVEL UP you get to pick your reward from the LEVEL UP category in our shop! It is a super exciting event when you attain the next level and we will all celebrate your success with you! At the beginning of every month, all Lifestyle Makeover Challenge members are encouraged to retake their Health Happiness Test to see if they've achieved a LEVEL UP!! Level Up badges are awarded once per month.
Your rank of Warrior, Centurion, Spartan, Viking, Gladiator, or Titan is earned by accumulating points along your journey. At each of the milestone point totals, you'll receive your new milestone T-SHIRT! Points accumulate from the day you join so make sure to login and report your scores every day! On your yearly anniversary your points zero out and you begin again which is exciting because you can compare how you're doing against your previous year - plus you get to earn a whole new batch of shirts featuring all new exciting designs. Each year you have the opportunity to achieve a higher level of healthy living success! For example, in your first year of membership you might achieve Viking Level, and the next year you might get all the way to Gladiator! If you continue to improve, you'll be living healthier and happier, you will feel younger, have more energy, lose weight, and feel GREAT!! And you'll have SIX new rocking t-shirts every year!
