Get Licensed to Lead TWO Resistance Based Formats! 

Resistance Training is super important for maintaining and building muscle, boosting metabolism and regulating blood sugar, and for being able to complete daily tasks with ease. 

Learn to coach workouts with hand weights for workouts from one-on-one training to small or large group trainings. 

You'll learn the muscles and movements to create balanced and effective workouts that get results in a variety of class formats that are fun and motivational. Upon successful completion of this training, you'll be licensed to teach Tone-It-Up and HIIT and MIIS workout formats that you can lead anytime anywhere for any price YOU set.

Become a Lifestyle Change Coach

To become a Lifestyle Change Coach, you simply need to complete the Lifestyle Change Program as a student and attend a minimum of three webinars. Since the program includes 6 months of content, the entire course will be open for you to go through at your own pace. We will work with you throughout the course to clarify each step as you go. And yes, you have to do all of the workouts so that you have a very clear understanding of what you will be asking of your students.

The NoWalls (PowerLiving) Lifestyle Change Program is extremely comprehensive and is a wonderful tool for diabetes education, weight loss, reversing pre-diabetes or diabetes, and helping to prevent or reverse metabolic disease. It is the PERFECT place to start for clients or students to work through as they gain confidence and learn to take back control of their health and happiness.

You do not have to be a NoWalls Fitness Coach to become a Lifestyle Coach. Our emphasis is on helping people stick to their goals by providing non-judgmental support, accountability and guidance as they follow the elements of the program that work for them.
