Leaving 2016 in the Rear View Mirror


How was 2016 for you? Now that it's over, did you get everything done that you were hoping to? Did you live in the moment, make good choices, and live in a way that increased your health and happiness? Whether you did or didn't it's time to leave it in the rear view mirror and start looking to the future and 2017.

Every single day - nay - every minute of every day - you have choices to make. Choices bombard your every waking minute, yet there are so many things we just do out of habit. We eat at certain times and places out of habit, and order the same food. We buy the same items at the grocery store, and get stuck in a rut of inactivity. Well my friend, it's time for a change!

It's time for you to take control of your life and start changing those nasty habits into good ones! It's tough to do it on your own though - we all need support and know-how and someone to believe in us when we don't believe in ourselves. We need connection. So let's connect!

In 2017 we are going to issue a challenge to you every single day. Some days the challenge will be for nutrition, some days will be for working out, some days to strengthen your mind and spirit. But every single day we'll all be working together to get better. To BE better. To LIVE better than we did yesterday.

Think about it. Your rear view mirror is quite tiny, and your front windshield in comparison is very large. This is because it is so much more important to see where you're going than where you've been. Keep your focus strong.

2017 is going to be monumental for YOU. It is your year to claim victory and success. To become your very best version of yourself. You are so ready for this! Bring it on!
