I'm so excited to have you in our walking group! Come join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30. Feeling sluggish? Low on energy? Then come for sure!! Need some laughter and love? This is the place! This group is all about positivity in health and life. Our weight loss group meets after we finish our walk for additional support and uplifting conversation.
